Blominvest is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that involves a key role in the structuring, establishment, execution, and management of direct and indirect financing funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Role Overview

The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of financing funds, including fund structuring, financial modeling, transaction execution, regulatory coordination, investor relations, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and execute direct and indirect financing funds regulated by the Capital Market Authority.
• Participate in the establishment, management, and monitoring of financing funds.
• Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, Shariah advisors, financing companies, auditors, and regulators to ensure successful execution and compliance with CMA regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports, investor presentations, and portfolio performance updates for management, investors, and board committees.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in fund structuring and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations is essential.
