Position Summary

Hays is partnering with a leading Saudi investment management firm to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager for their expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting the firm's financing funds business, offering a professional opportunity for a finance specialist with experience in structured debt solutions and corporate finance transactions.

About the Role

The Corporate Finance Manager will support the structuring, establishment, execution, and management of various financing and investment funds. This position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, investors, regulators, financing companies, and external advisors. The role provides exposure across fund structuring, debt financing, transaction execution, financial modelling, due diligence, fundraising, and portfolio monitoring within a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, establishment, and execution of direct and indirect financing funds, fixed income funds, and other investment vehicles.
• Prepare detailed financial models, investment memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessments, and portfolio monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, Shariah advisors, auditors, financing companies, and regulators throughout transaction lifecycles.
• Assist in originating and executing financing and corporate finance transactions.
• Prepare investor presentations, board reports, and portfolio performance updates.
• Support fundraising initiatives and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and internal governance requirements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant finance role.
• Experience must have been gained within a CMA-licensed investment company, financing company, asset manager, or financial services institution.
