About the Opportunity
RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager Power/Utilities to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, with primary locations in Dammam and Riyadh. The role involves supporting the Head of Corporate Finance in managing critical financial activities across company entities.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Senior Corporate Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing financing activities, banking relationships, and the administration of the debt portfolio. This includes managing corporate finance operations and contributing to strategic financing initiatives to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of corporate finance transactions across various company entities.
- Coordinate effectively with lenders, banks, financial advisors, rating agencies, and legal counsel.
- Assist in the review of financing proposals, term sheets, and facility documentation.
- Monitor financing facilities, repayment schedules, and ensure compliance with covenants.
- Contribute to credit rating exercises and maintain comprehensive financing databases, debt schedules, and facility documentation.
- Manage day-to-day banking relationships and coordinate lender information requests, renewals, and amendments.
- Track facility utilization, pricing, limits, and renewal requirements.
- Support liquidity planning for corporate finance transactions and manage the execution of related payments.
- Monitor bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds are available for timely corporate finance obligations.
- Ensure the timely issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Administer Equity Bridge Loan facilities.
- Maintain corporate finance exposure reports and debt schedules, and keep lender information packs (including KYC) up to date.
- Provide financial analysis support for various financing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a preference for 5-10 years, in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Administration, or Financial Institutions.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates with experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance, or holding company environments are highly preferred for this role.

This is a full-time position located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically Dammam and Riyadh. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
