Role Overview

Cameron Cole International is recruiting for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a highly regarded independent Saudi law firm. This full-time position is based in the firm's Riyadh office. The client firm is known for advising leading domestic and international clients on complex corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, and is currently experiencing continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Saudi and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters.
  • Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and strategic investments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
  • Advise on company establishment, corporate governance, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Support clients on foreign investment matters and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage legal due diligence exercises.
  • Work closely with financial advisors, regulators, and other professional advisers on complex transactions.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and trainees, providing mentoring and technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously while delivering commercially practical legal advice.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Saudi national with full rights to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (*** or equivalent.
  • Approximately 6–10 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Current or recent experience with a leading Saudi, regional, or international law firm.
  • Strong experience advising on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi corporate legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage client relationships independently.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience advising multinational clients investing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Exposure to capital markets, banking, private equity, or investment funds.
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and business development capability.
