Role Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager - Saudi National to join its Infrastructure team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working on various projects, supporting both pre-contract estimating stages and post-contract on-site activities. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Cost Management team and take responsibility for allocated tasks.
• Contribute to delivering service to clients, building trust, and enhancing the company's reputation.
• Assist in ensuring client objectives are met through effective cost management services from pre-contract to construction completion.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in cost management.
• Proficiency in the measurement of building works, including Civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Ability to take personal responsibility for work produced.
• Capability to assist the team in ensuring accurate and timely production of information and reports.
• Professional interaction with team members.
• A desire for career progression.
