Country Leader (HR Tech)

About the Role

Robert Walters is seeking a Country Leader (HR Tech) for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is with a leading enterprise HR technology provider that serves organizations across Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, and broader HR transformation initiatives. The Country Leader will be responsible for driving market growth and revenue generation within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of the company's continued expansion across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the KSA business and sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader regional objectives.
• Own and deliver revenue targets for the Saudi Arabian market.
• Identify high-growth sectors, strategic accounts, and market opportunities.
• Drive sustainable pipeline creation and enterprise customer acquisition.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including CHROs, CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and key business stakeholders.
• Lead consultative discussions around HR transformation, workforce digitization, payroll modernization, employee experience, and talent management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted opportunities.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations and commercial engagements.
• Strengthen the company's market presence across the Saudi HR technology landscape.
• Develop relationships with industry leaders, decision-makers, partners, and business associations.
• Identify and cultivate strategic alliances to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer events.
• Partner closely with regional leadership on forecasting, business planning, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure client outcomes.
• Provide ongoing market intelligence, sales forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
• Support future expansion and development of the local Saudi sales organization.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 7-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to HR Technology, HCM Solutions, HR SaaS Platforms, Payroll Solutions, and Workforce Management Technologies. The role requires a strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise buying environment and HR technology market.

• Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding enterprise sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Proven track record engaging and selling to CHROs, HR Leaders, and C-level executives.
• Experience managing large, complex, and long sales-cycle opportunities.
• Prior success building and developing a territory, market, or strategic region.
