About the Role

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a Creative Content Creator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves conceptualizing, creating, and managing high-quality visual and video content that aligns with the brand's luxury aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in content creation and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and manage high-quality visual and video content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Capture and edit professional-grade photos and videos, including construction progress updates, lifestyle campaigns, and project teasers and launches.
• Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color grading and correction, to enhance content quality and appeal.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools and stay updated on the latest AI trends to create cutting-edge visuals (photo and video).
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce visually engaging assets.
• Organize, archive, and manage all materials, including raw footage and project files, to ensure easy retrieval and workflow efficiency.
• Demonstrate time management by handling multiple tasks and delivering content on tight deadlines, including same-day turnarounds.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies, trends, and techniques in content creation to push creative boundaries and maximize efficiency.
• Set up and execute shoots, including professional lighting, audio capture, and shot composition, to meet production briefs.
• Actively contribute as a team player, fostering collaboration and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and ensure content resonates with target audiences.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in camera operation, including DSLR and digital video cameras, sound and light equipment, and the overall production process.
• Considerable knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and techniques used in video production and editing.
• Ability to execute color grading, correction, and motion graphics to enhance content quality.
• Knowledge of safe work practices, particularly regarding lighting and manual handling.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. This role requires the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, including potential work outside of standard office hours and on weekends.
