About the Role

Dar Alamirat is seeking a Creative Designer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is for an individual passionate about creative design, who understands that successful design not only enhances aesthetics but also drives measurable marketing results. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing digital campaigns, website and application banners, and a solid grasp of UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visual identities for digital marketing campaigns, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
• Translate marketing concepts into creative designs that support campaign objectives.
• Develop creative and advertising materials for various digital platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with campaign goals.
• Design banners for e-commerce websites and applications.
• Create landing pages and their associated visual elements.
• Develop pop-ups, offer pages, and other in-app/website promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to UI/UX principles to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent visual brand identity across all website and application interfaces.
• Design content for social media platforms.
• Produce static and animated digital advertisements in various sizes and formats for different platforms.
• Prepare designs according to the specific requirements of each digital platform.
• Create creative materials for email marketing campaigns and notifications.
• Ensure brand visual identity is consistently applied across all designs.

Technical Skills

Candidates must possess practical knowledge and experience with the following tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma

Familiarity with the following tools is preferred:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft PowerPoint

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative design.
• Proven experience in designing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in designing banners for e-commerce websites and applications.
• Experience in designing social media content and digital advertisements.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in the cosmetics and personal care sector will be given priority.
