About the Role

Bayt Al-Tawabel is seeking a Creative Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals only and involves leading the creative direction and visual execution across the company's portfolio of F&B and hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative thinking and visual judgment, with the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling brand experiences across various digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for multiple F&B and hospitality brands.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign directions, mood boards, key visuals, and creative briefs.
• Ensure consistency and quality of brand identity across all creative executions.
• Direct photography and video shoots, including concepts, references, shot lists, styling, and final asset selection.
• Oversee creative execution for social media, digital campaigns, menus, packaging, restaurant collateral, signage, print materials, events, and brand activations.
• Brief and manage designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Review creative work and provide clear direction and feedback to maintain high visual standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Culinary, and other departments to deliver creative projects.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay informed about F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, design, social media, and Saudi market trends.
• Explore and utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, content development, and creative workflows.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant creative role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction and visual execution.
• Strong creative thinking and excellent visual judgment.
• Ability to transform business and marketing objectives into compelling brand experiences.
• Experience in F&B and hospitality sectors is preferred.
