Job Description

About the Role

THA by Armonia is seeking a Creator Programming Manager to join a dedicated, full-time team embedded within a client's Festival Programming function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role requires 5-10 years of experience and will support two major events in Saudi Arabia: a flagship event in summer 2027 (July to August) and an additional event in November 2027. The Creator Programming Manager will be responsible for running the festival's influencer zone, known as the Creator Park, and shaping the fan experience within it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme the Creator Park, including its stages, creator schedules, content calendar, fan experience, and content capture.
  • Build a line-up and schedule designed to maintain fan engagement throughout each event.
  • Identify and recommend creators to the client, who will make final decisions and manage contracting.
  • Coordinate with creators, creator organisations, and talent management teams.
  • Design formats such as showmatches, meet and greets, community moments, and content capture.
  • Define the mechanics, throughput, space, and staffing needs for each format.
  • Plan the operational needs of the Creator Park, including hardware, software, connectivity, content capture, stages, and creator areas.
  • Translate creative formats into clear technical and operational requirements.
  • Make real-time decisions on site during live events.
  • Capture performance data after each event cycle to facilitate continuous programme improvement.

Role Focus

This is a hands-on producing role focused on personally building creator schedules, formats, and content calendars. The seniority and judgment required for this position are reflected in its grade, rather than the size of any supervised team.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in programming or event management, specifically with creator or influencer zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement event formats, content calendars, and operational plans.
  • Experience in coordinating with talent and managing logistical requirements for live events.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time and exclusive contract position, requiring dedication to the client for the entire term without other clients or projects. Work options include remote work on Riyadh hours (Sunday to Thursday) with required travel to Riyadh and event locations, or being based at the client's office in Riyadh. Regardless of the chosen working option, the successful candidate must be present in Riyadh for the full operating periods of the summer 2027 event (July to August) and the November 2027 event.

Requirements

  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
