Role Overview

Hala is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst Intern to join its Credit Risk team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship is designed for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience and offers exposure to credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and fintech operations. The intern will work with experienced analysts to develop core credit evaluation skills and support daily risk activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and organizing credit applications to ensure completeness of information and documentation.
• Support basic financial analysis, including gathering data on applicant income, expenses, and liabilities.
• Help identify missing information or inconsistencies in applications and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, decisions, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in data entry, reporting, and preparation of simple dashboards or summaries.
• Learn and apply internal credit policies, guidelines, and risk frameworks under supervision.
• Support the team in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Work collaboratively with teams such as Sales, Operations, and Risk.
