CS Design Assistant Manager

About the Role

stc is seeking a dedicated CS Design Assistant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting all activities related to CS Infrastructure Security Design, encompassing security infrastructure, systems, deployment plans for network security, infrastructure tools, and network security equipment. The position is suitable for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the robust security of stc's infrastructure by translating CS policies into practical security design guidelines and applying advanced security design principles. The role holder will manage and oversee the selection and design of critical security controls and tools, ensuring all cybersecurity infrastructure designs comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and reference architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CS policies into security design guidelines for all infrastructure components.
• Apply established security design principles for cyber security infrastructure.
• Manage and oversee the selection and design of all infrastructure security controls and cyber security tools.
• Develop comprehensive cyber security design guidelines to secure stc KSA infrastructure effectively.
• Design Cyber Security Solutions and develop the technical scope for cyber security infrastructure security RFPs, actively participating in solution selection and technical evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with various CS teams, providing essential technical guidance and assistance as needed.
• Manage and take ownership of the development of proof of concept solutions.
• Ensure cyber security infrastructure design compliance with organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and reference architecture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Above 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the Cybersecurity function for a large organization.
• Prior experience within the telecom industry is preferred.
