About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a DA & DSP Experience Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with last-mile delivery partners to ensure efficient and successful delivery operations. The specialist will work to identify and address challenges, fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build connections and establish processes for efficient delivery with last-mile delivery partners.
• Address and resolve issues experienced by partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities and consolidate feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address key improvement opportunities within established SLAs.
• Conduct roundtables with partners to monitor sentiment and gather insights.
• Act as the voice of the Delivery Associate (DA) and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) within Amazon SA.

Work Environment and Team

The specialist will be based at one of the company's sites in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This on-site presence allows for close observation of the delivery process and provides visibility to guide logistics partners effectively. The role is part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team, which manages last-mile delivery in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. The team focuses on continuous improvement to enhance customer delivery experiences and implement global delivery solutions.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
