The Role of Rider Experience Senior Specialist

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a Rider Experience Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the overall experience for riders, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new riders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of company policies and application functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex rider concerns effectively.
• Ensure riders adhere to company policies and operational standards.
• Generate actionable insights to foster continuous improvement in the rider experience.
• Implement and monitor measures to track and enhance rider satisfaction, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and churn rates.

Equipment and Logistics Management

• Manage regional inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution logistics to ensure all riders receive necessary branding and safety equipment.
• Partner with the Marketing department for design approvals and with Procurement for strategic sourcing, vendor evaluations, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate the technical and material quality of equipment to uphold strict durability, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-4 year of relevant experience. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage rider relations and logistical aspects of equipment distribution.
