The Role: Rider Onboarding, Training, and Incubation

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a Rider Onboarding, Training, and Incubation Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing the acquisition, training, and ongoing support of riders, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. The specialist will work to expand service capabilities and maintain high standards across logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new riders to meet business demands.
• Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
• Provide support to 3PL companies in resolving issues and overcoming obstacles.
• Develop and implement comprehensive logistical plans for new service expansions.
• Liaise with business management to understand ongoing activities and developments, ensuring coordinated logistics provision.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to support strategic decision-making by management.
• Resolve critical logistics problems related to the distribution of supply versus demand.
• Manage the onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders, ensuring process alignment and adherence.
• Develop, maintain, and update localized training curricula for riders and 3PL operators, covering operational efficiency, app usage, customer etiquette, and safety.
• Facilitate the deployment of training materials via the HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS) for remote, on-demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and performance data.

Operational Duties and Compliance

• Follow daily operations relevant to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports concerning the line of work to meet requirements, objectives, and standards.
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and promptly.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for daily work execution in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, work methods, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions among other employees within the organization.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
