Data & AI Strategy Consultant

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on guiding organizations to define and execute their data and AI transformation strategies, aiming to drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. The consultant will be responsible for assessing current capabilities, developing future-state AI operating models, and creating actionable roadmaps to enable clients to become AI-first enterprises. This position requires a blend of business strategy, technology vision, and AI transformation expertise to help clients unlock value from their data and AI investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise data and AI visions that drive business transformation, innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
• Assess organizational maturity across data, analytics, AI capabilities, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Define enterprise data and AI strategies that optimize data assets, AI technologies, and digital capabilities to support business objectives.
• Develop target-state AI-first operating models, including organizational structures, processes, governance, and ways of working.
• Create AI platform and technology blueprints that enable scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption.
• Develop business cases, investment strategies, value realization frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for data and AI initiatives.
• Embed Responsible AI principles into strategic planning, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Identify the people, processes, and technologies required to scale and operationalize AI solutions across the organization.
• Define ecosystem and partnership strategies to accelerate AI innovation and business value realization.
• Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions and provide strategic guidance on AI-enabled business reinvention.
• Develop AI-first product strategies and identify commercialization opportunities for AI-enabled products and services.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning to support long-term AI transformation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in Data & AI Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data Management, or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience developing business, data, analytics, or AI transformation strategies for enterprise organizations.
• Experience assessing organizational maturity and developing transformation roadmaps.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation programs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI product strategy, innovation programs, and commercialization initiatives.
• MBA, Master's degree, or relevant certifications in Strategy, Data, AI, or Cloud Technologies are preferred.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, data platforms, analytics, and emerging technology trends.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI governance, Responsible AI, and operating model design.
• Strong business case development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable data and AI strategies.
• Understanding of AI operating models, AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), and organizational change management.
• Knowledge of data monetization, digital products, and AI-driven business models.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic consulting environment, advising clients on critical data and AI initiatives.
