About the Role: Data & AI Strategy Consultant

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves assisting organizations in defining and executing their data and AI transformation strategies to drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Role Overview

The consultant will assess current capabilities, develop future-state AI operating models, and create actionable roadmaps designed to enable organizations to become AI-first enterprises. This position requires a combination of business strategy, technology vision, and AI transformation expertise to help clients unlock value from data and AI investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise data and AI visions that drive business transformation, innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
• Assess organizational maturity across data, analytics, AI capabilities, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Define enterprise data and AI strategies that optimize data assets, AI technologies, and digital capabilities to support business objectives.
• Develop target-state AI-first operating models, including organizational structures, processes, governance, and ways of working.
• Create AI platform and technology blueprints that enable scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption.
• Develop business cases, investment strategies, value realization frameworks, and transformation roadmaps for data and AI initiatives.
• Embed Responsible AI principles into strategic planning, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Identify the people, processes, and technologies required to scale and operationalize AI solutions across the organization.
• Define ecosystem and partnership strategies to accelerate AI innovation and business value realization.
• Facilitate executive stakeholder discussions and provide strategic guidance on AI-enabled business reinvention.
• Develop AI-first product strategies and identify commercialization opportunities for AI-enabled products and services.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning to support long-term AI transformation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in Data & AI Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data Management, or related advisory roles.
• Experience developing business, data, analytics, or AI transformation strategies for enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, data platforms, analytics, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience assessing organizational maturity and developing transformation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data governance, AI governance, Responsible AI, and operating model design.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation programs.
• Understanding of AI operating models, AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), and organizational change management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI product strategy, innovation programs, and commercialization initiatives.
• Knowledge of data monetization, digital products, and AI-driven business models.
• MBA, Master's degree, or relevant certifications in Strategy, Data, AI, or Cloud Technologies are preferred.
