About the Role

NHC Innovation is seeking a Data & AI Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing data management and AI initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and the successful deployment of analytics and AI solutions. The supervisor will lead a team of data professionals and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise data and AI operations, including data analysis, reporting, and model deployment.
• Manage and guide data analysts, engineers, and AI specialists.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with established policies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML models.
• Translate business needs into effective data and AI solutions.
• Monitor the performance of data systems, dashboards, and AI models.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and business value.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in data management and AI initiatives.
