Imploy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for in-depth data analysis, developing reporting tools, and collaborating with various teams to meet data requirements. This role is central to ensuring data accuracy and leveraging data to identify opportunities for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and other teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across different sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through data-driven recommendations.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Support the development and improvement of data analysis processes and reporting standards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Power BI, is essential for this role.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 22,000 per month.
