The Role: Senior Data Analyst, Credit

Tamara is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Credit department in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing analytical solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making within a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will manage stakeholders across various functions and contribute to enhancing decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business impact by identifying key opportunities for growth and delivering actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to address data enrichment needs for the product team.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize projects based on potential impact and ensure delivery.
• Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure governance and promote sound analytical practices throughout all processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in data analysis.
• Demonstrated understanding of a relevant domain such as Finance, Risk, or Product.
• Experience using one or more data visualization tools (*, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Apache Superset is a bonus.
• Experience using Machine Learning tools and techniques in R or Python is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn environment is a bonus.
