The Role: Senior Data Analyst - Credit

Tamara is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Credit to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to driving growth within the Credit department by developing analytical solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making. The position requires managing stakeholders across multiple functions and is crucial for a high-growth startup focused on defining key product success metrics and enhancing decision-making through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business impact by providing actionable insights and identifying opportunities for rapid growth.
• Build dashboards that deliver accurate and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to address data enrichment needs for the product team.
• Work with business stakeholders to prioritize projects based on their impact and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, empowering informed decision-making for stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and promote good analytical practices throughout the process.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 6+ years of relevant experience.
