About the Role

Ejada is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of data modernization, data engineering, analytics, and reporting initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget, and timelines within enterprise environments.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager acts as the primary coordination point, bridging business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors. This role is critical for driving the successful execution of data and analytics transformation programs, while also managing scope, resources, risks, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data platform, data engineering, data warehousing, and analytics projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project budgets.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data architects, platform administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Track project progress against milestones, KPIs, deliverables, and financial targets.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
• Support vendor management activities, including contract deliverables, escalations, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements, including data governance and banking regulations.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and status updates for leadership and clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness, project governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within data and analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex data modernization, data engineering, analytics, and reporting projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a dynamic enterprise environment focused on data and analytics transformation.
