About the Role: Data & AI Transformation Consultant

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on assisting organizations in accelerating their AI transformation journeys by driving AI adoption, workforce readiness, and operating model redesign.

Role Overview

The consultant will collaborate with business and technology leaders to embed AI into the way people work, develop AI-enabled operating models, and build the skills, capabilities, and culture required to become an AI-first organization. This involves supporting enterprise AI transformation strategies by aligning people, processes, and technology with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of enterprise AI transformation strategies, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and technology with organizational objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and AI adoption patterns to identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
• Design and implement AI adoption frameworks, methodologies, and change management programs that enable AI at scale.
• Develop AI-enabled operating models, including organizational structures, roles, processes, governance, and performance frameworks.
• Define workforce strategies that support AI transformation through reskilling, upskilling, talent acquisition, and capability development.
• Design and deliver AI learning and enablement programs tailored to an organization's current maturity level, business priorities, and strategic goals.
• Create role-based learning journeys and competency frameworks leveraging skills intelligence, workforce analytics, and industry best practices.
• Partner with business leaders and ecosystem partners to identify future workforce requirements and emerging AI skill needs.
• Drive cultural transformation initiatives that encourage innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and AI adoption across the organization.
• Support the development of AI communities of practice, knowledge-sharing programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Measure and track AI adoption, workforce readiness, and transformation success through data-driven metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers to AI adoption and recommend strategies to accelerate business value realization.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Human Capital Consulting, Data & AI Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience supporting digital, data, or AI transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, workforce transformation, and future-of-work trends.
• Experience designing change management, training, adoption, or capability-building programs.
• Knowledge of operating model design, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business and transformation objectives into actionable workforce and adoption strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with AI adoption programs, AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of learning strategy development, competency frameworks, and skills-based workforce planning.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics, skills intelligence platforms, and change adoption measurement techniques.
• Experience designing role-based learning paths and large-scale reskilling or upskilling initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and employee experience principles.
• Experience collaborating with external ecosystem partners, training providers, or technology vendors.
• Relevant certifications in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital, Learning & Development, or AI-related disciplines.
