About the Role

Huxley is seeking a Data Delivery Lead to join a growing Data & Insights function within a leading financial services organisation in Riyadh. This full-time role is a hybrid position, combining responsibilities in Service Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, and Product Ownership. The successful candidate will manage demand across the data team, ensuring work is prioritised, delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.

This position serves as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, data teams, and technology functions. The role focuses on bringing structure, visibility, and governance to an evolving data delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Data & Insights team backlog.
  • Prioritise incoming demand across BAU and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and planning sessions.
  • Drive effective workload management and resource allocation.
  • Remove delivery blockers and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure clarity before work enters the backlog.
  • Track risks, issues, and actions to support successful delivery.
  • Improve delivery processes, governance, and reporting.
  • Support the continued adoption and optimisation of Jira and Agile ways of working.
  • Help bridge priorities between BAU and transformation workstreams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Experience working within Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation, and stakeholder demand.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira or similar workflow management tools.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills and Background

  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Exposure to Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Lineage initiatives.
  • Experience supporting data transformation programmes.
