About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy and integrity within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data in the database with precision and speed.
• Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections.
• Ensure data integrity and security at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to established data entry standards and procedures.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
• Manage complaints resolution, communicating efficiently and controlling the process between the company and other counterparties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (*, MS Office, Google Docs).
• Basic communication skills, particularly for clarifying information with team members or clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
