Data Governance & Adoption Analytics SME

About the Role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Data Governance & Adoption Analytics SME. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves serving as the primary authority for data governance and analytics within an organizational change or transformation program. The successful candidate will ensure the technical accuracy of data-related content and manage the end-to-end adoption-measurement framework, from KPI design to dashboard delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy, and BI/analytics concepts for all program content.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training materials.
• Design and maintain a KPI and adoption-measurement framework that includes engagement, literacy, and satisfaction metrics.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, such as Power BI, to track program adoption and effectiveness.
• Design, administer, and analyze surveys using tools like Microsoft Forms to measure awareness, satisfaction, and literacy.
• Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, including trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Advise on data-literacy frameworks and the design of awareness assessments.
• Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions by providing data-domain credibility.
• Maintain alignment with the organization's data strategy, governance policies, and relevant regulatory context.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy, or business intelligence and analytics.
