About the Role

King Salman International Airport (KSIA) is seeking a Director Business Data Intelligence to lead the development and governance of the airport's commercial data intelligence capabilities. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on integrating, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the usability of data to generate real-time insights and support strategic decision-making for commercial teams through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a centralized commercial data platform, integrating data from internal functions, partners, and passenger movement systems.
Establish standardized data collection, metadata, and master data governance practices across Commercial.
Oversee the collection and integration of structured and unstructured data from internal systems, vendors, government sources, and market research.
Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to monitor commercial KPIs and support decision-making.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, governance, and reliable access in coordination with Technology teams.
Oversee commercial analytics to identify behavioral patterns and generate actionable business insights.
Identify and adopt new technologies and approaches to enhance KSIA’s data intelligence capabilities.
Build data literacy across Commercial teams through tools, training, and ongoing support.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business data intelligence or a related field. The role requires a strong background in data platform development, governance, and advanced analytics to drive commercial strategies.
