flynas is seeking a Data Scientist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on leveraging data science and analytics to enhance commercial operations and drive significant value across the organization.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the Commercial function by implementing advanced Data Science and analytics initiatives. The Data Scientist will be responsible for coordinating the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous enhancement of related solutions and predictive models to ensure optimal performance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mathematical models tailored for a variety of business use cases.
• Identify and surface opportunities across the commercial function to drive value through the strategic application of Data Science.
• Act as the owner for all Data Science components within critical commercial applications, such as Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing.
• Provide expert user input and technology architecture recommendations to the IT team.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to understand their business challenges and determine where Data Science can add significant value.

Safety and Operational Compliance

• Submit a safety report if exposed to any safety hazard or issue.
• Understand and comply with all safety precautions outlined in relevant manuals and publications.
• Immediately report all safety hazards, accidents/incidents, injuries, and damage to the concerned supervisor.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of flynas Safety Objectives through the effective execution of assigned roles and responsibilities, supporting overall safety performance and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science or a related analytical field. This role is suitable for individuals looking to apply their foundational knowledge in a dynamic commercial environment.
