About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a DC Booking Planner, SC Replenishment Central to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for planning and coordinating Distribution Center booking schedules. The planner will align inbound and outbound appointments with capacity, replenishment plans, and operational constraints to ensure smooth material flow and efficient DC operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to plan daily inbound and outbound booking schedules for the Distribution Center. This ensures a balanced workload and optimal dock utilization, contributing to the overall efficiency of Panda Retail Company's supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking slots with suppliers, transporters, and internal DC teams to support timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Align booking plans with replenishment requirements and inventory priorities to support product availability and stock flow.
• Monitor booking adherence, arrival times, and schedule changes to identify delays and operational risks.
• Update booking systems and trackers with confirmed appointments, changes, and cancellations to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Communicate booking confirmations, adjustments, and constraints to relevant stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Analyze booking performance data, including delays, congestion, and utilization, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve booking conflicts and capacity issues in coordination with DC operations and replenishment teams to maintain service continuity.

Compliance and Standards

The DC Booking Planner will apply approved booking procedures, planning standards, and governance requirements during all planning activities. This ensures compliance and audit readiness within the Distribution Center operations.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
