Delivery Lead Data & AI

Overview of the Role

Auxo Talent is seeking a Delivery Lead, Data & AI to manage large and complex programs for clients across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will serve as the senior delivery representative to C-level executives, ensuring predictable and profitable delivery through multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs, from initial mobilisation to value realisation.
• Lead governance for scope, budget, margin, risk, and quality.
• Act as the senior delivery partner to C-level clients and manage steering committees.
• Lead teams specializing in data engineering, AI/GenAI, cloud, and cyber security.
• Manage relationships with vendors, cloud providers, and implementation partners.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing estimates, staffing models, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Coach project managers and develop reusable delivery assets.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-vendor programs.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data governance, and MLOps/GenAI delivery.
• Delivery experience across Azure, GCP, and OCI cloud platforms.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East, preferably in regulated sectors.
• Proven commercial acumen, including estimation, change control, and margin protection.
