About the Role

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Department Manager - Beauty to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and developing a team to achieve high revenue targets while upholding brand image, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Minimize stock loss by managing and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Analyze stock management information to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze reports to understand performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and provide stock-related feedback to Buying/Planning.
• Prepare and implement in-store stock takes in liaison with the Operations team.
• Recommend, manage, and support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards.
• Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards within brand guidelines.
• Implement company standards for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations.

People Management

• Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
• Coach and motivate the team to enhance performance, produce quality work, and support their development for higher-level roles.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
