About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Department Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, managing department operations, and overseeing merchandising and stock to achieve sales targets within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure store standards are maintained, including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to maximize sales performance.
• Lead the team in upholding high customer service standards and facilitate exceptional customer experiences by understanding company/brand CX standards, individual customer needs, and market trends.
• Resolve all customer complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure stock availability on the shop floor and arrange replenishment as required.
• Liaise with the management team to ensure all team members receive regular training relevant to the brand, company, and role.
• Maintain a positive working culture among colleagues and management.
• Oversee the cashing-up process at the beginning and end of the business day, including counting money, separating charge slips and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a proactive approach to team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
