Revie focuses on providing homeowners with a streamlined process for home renovation, managing projects from initial design consultation through to fit-out and furnishing. The platform integrates in-house designers, project managers, and site engineers, supported by a client portal for transparency and AI-assisted design workflows.

The Role of Design Sales Manager

Revie is seeking a Design Sales Manager to lead and manage the design sales process. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and is responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into signed design clients. The manager will directly close deals, oversee the daily design sales pipeline, and enhance the win rate of design sales consultants through coaching and structured guidance. This position also involves ownership of the CRM system and reports directly to the CEO, working in close collaboration with the Design Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with homeowners, either in person or via video, to understand their objectives and secure commitments for Revie design packages.
• Maintain prompt response times on WATI to ensure no lead becomes inactive.
• Achieve monthly design signing targets and improve the team's win rate, with clear oversight of deal statuses and reasons for losses.
• Provide coaching to design sales consultants on discovery, pricing discussions, and objection handling; review their calls and proposals; and lead weekly pipeline reviews.
• Ensure a smooth handover of signed clients to the design team, with all scope, budget, and expectations clearly documented.
• Enforce disciplined client communication, including client-approved meeting minutes and decisions recorded in Slack rather than WhatsApp.
• Integrate client feedback into pricing strategies, package offerings, and marketing efforts.
• Manage Attio as the primary source of truth for all leads, deals, and clients, ensuring it is consistently accurate and up-to-date with every lead assigned, proposal sent, negotiation, and deal outcome.
• Define and enforce pipeline stages and required fields, conducting weekly audits of team records to ensure data accuracy for leadership reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on design or related services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM management, specifically with Attio or similar platforms.
