About the Role

MRP-Global is seeking a DesignOps Consultant to support the establishment of a significant Customer Experience project for an industry leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic position focused on coordinating design operations across a large-scale program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design operations for a large Customer Experience program.
• Develop and implement the operating model for the UX/UI team.
• Establish governance frameworks for design processes.
• Manage tooling and rituals for the UX/UI team responsible for system design.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Design Operations or similar strategic design roles.
• Ability to coordinate complex design programs and teams.

Engagement Details

This is a 12-month initial contract engagement. The position requires full-time presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project is scheduled to commence in October or November.
