Role Overview

Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a Brand Manager to serve as the brand's on-the-ground representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily collaboration with the local distributor to ensure brand execution, retail visibility, market development, and commercial oversight. The Brand Manager will work closely with the Dubai regional team to align local activities with the broader regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the brand strategy, as defined by the Dubai regional office, across the Saudi market, translating regional priorities into locally relevant initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to brand guidelines in retail stores to maintain brand image.
• Conduct regular market visits, store audits, and field inspections to assess brand presentation and customer experience.
• Verify that the distributor's sales personnel are appropriately appointed, trained, and aligned with brand values.
• Coordinate with the distributor and regional marketing team for the execution of local marketing initiatives, including events, product launches, CRM, and digital activations.
• Monitor the effectiveness and compliance of local marketing campaigns and track the brand’s e-retail presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee the local training team and the development of the distributor’s dedicated sales team, ensuring product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the regional training team to design and implement ongoing training programs.
• Deliver comprehensive reports on brand implementation, market conditions, retail execution, sales team performance, and commercial KPIs to the Dubai office.
• Build monthly competition insights reports and track sell-out performance in key retail.
• Recommend improvement actions based on local trends and competitor analysis.
• Support regional strategic projects, business planning, and ad-hoc market analysis with Saudi-specific insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day collaboration with local distributors.
• Experience in implementing brand strategies and ensuring retail visibility.
• Proficiency in monitoring market development and commercial oversight.
• Strong understanding of marketing activities execution, including events, product launches, and digital activations.
• Experience in sales team training and development.
• Ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports on market conditions and performance.
