Brand Manager

About the Role

Arabian Oud is seeking a Brand Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to shaping and executing the brand’s strategy, aiming to elevate its presence within the retail luxury industry. The role involves managing multiple brands, leading new brand launches, and overseeing brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement to drive consistent brand growth and desirability.

Arabian Oud is a global fragrance brand headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Originating from Riyadh's Souk al-Zal with a focus on sourcing rare Oud scents, the company has expanded to over 1200 stores worldwide, offering 400 distinctive products across 37 countries, including signature stores in major global cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, defining brand positioning, visual identity, target audience, and promotional messaging.
• Lead new brand launches from strategy development through market execution, ensuring strong positioning and successful market introduction.
• Manage multiple brands, ensuring clear positioning, consistent identity, and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the planning and execution of communication and media campaigns in collaboration with PR and advertising teams.
• Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, retail, and social media channels.
• Develop and oversee social media strategies aligned with overall brand objectives and positioning.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Guide and develop the brand and communication team to achieve performance objectives.
• Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Production, and Development, to ensure consistency in brand positioning and marketing messaging.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, luxury marketing, or the fragrance/beauty industry/FMCG.
• Proven experience in launching new brands from concept and strategy through market execution.
• Experience managing multiple brands or a portfolio of brands.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing brand strategies for premium/luxury brands.
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer marketing, and social media).
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and global market trends.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury branding, market trends, and consumer behavior. This role requires strong leadership in guiding a team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.
