The Digital Enablement Lead Role

Sirar by stc is seeking a Digital Enablement Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of professional experience, focusing on the design, development, and enhancement of digital platforms and enterprise applications. The role involves driving operational efficiency and service delivery through robust technical solutions and strategic improvements.

Core Development and Platform Management

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and backend services utilizing .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Python.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain digital platforms, including employee portals, customer portals, websites, and internal business applications.
• Create scalable and sustainable web applications, adhering to best practices, clean coding standards, and established design patterns.
• Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend services and APIs.
• Refactor legacy applications and contribute to modernization initiatives, including the adoption of microservices architectures.

Operational Excellence and System Enhancement

• Build and implement automation solutions, system tools, and scripts to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure application security, optimize performance, and establish robust monitoring, logging, and exception handling mechanisms for reliability.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, security testing, and usability testing, alongside preparing applications for deployment.
• Manage application enhancements, change requests, releases, and provide production support activities.
• Develop reporting capabilities through automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify system weaknesses and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Collaboration, Mentorship, and Strategic Input

• Collaborate effectively with QA teams, DevOps, Product Owners, Business Units, and various stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into precise technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Analyze user feedback, system performance, and operational data to enhance user experience and achieve business outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and provide technical guidance to the team.
