Scheduled for unveiling in 2026, it features meticulously restored architecture, curated cultural experiences, and dedicated service.

Role Overview

Boutique Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for The Red Palace in Riyadh. This full-time role involves shaping and managing the brand’s digital presence across social platforms. The manager will serve as the primary digital voice, translating the Palace's story, heritage, and modern Saudi luxury into compelling, culturally authentic content. The position requires strategic thinking, creative leadership, and cultural awareness to build a distinctive and globally resonant digital presence aligned with the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aligned with the brand narrative, positioning, and commercial objectives.
  • Define and maintain clear content pillars, visual identity, and tone of voice reflecting Saudi heritage, craftsmanship, and modern luxury.
  • Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Lead the development of high-quality, story-driven content, including photography, video, reels, captions, and editorial narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and creative partners to capture and showcase architecture, experiences, and moments.
  • Oversee influencer visits, content shoots, and digital collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and cultural sensitivity.
  • Build, grow, and nurture a global community of followers, managing daily engagement across platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with high-value influencers, cultural figures, and digital creators relevant to luxury and hospitality.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools, tracking key metrics.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Guest Experience teams to amplify key moments, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Support pre-opening initiatives through targeted storytelling, teaser campaigns, and influencer activations.
  • Act as a cultural storyteller and brand ambassador, staying informed on emerging digital trends and recommending innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing management, preferably within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural brands.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, storytelling, and influencer management.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to represent Saudi heritage in a modern, global context.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Digital Marketing analytics tools.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
