About the Role

EjadTech is seeking a full-time Digital Transformation and Governance Senior Presales Consultant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is for a professional with extensive experience, including over 15 years in pre-sales or technical sales specifically for Saudi government entities, and a strong understanding of government Digital Government Authority (DGA) operations. The consultant will be instrumental in bridging technology with business value and shaping digital transformation initiatives across the Kingdom’s public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of both technical and financial proposals, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and offer a strong value proposition.
• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and recommend impactful solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, value-driven proposals.
• Present technical and financial solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Utilize feedback and market trends to enhance pre-sales processes and solution offerings.

Proposal Development Focus

• Technical Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive technical proposals that clearly articulate tailored solutions based on client specifications and business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and highlighting innovation.
• Consultancy Service Proposal Development: Design strategic consultancy service proposals in areas such as IT strategy, cloud readiness, cybersecurity advisory, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation planning, translating client business objectives into consulting roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Financial Proposal Development: Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate financially sound proposals, conducting cost-benefit analysis, defining pricing strategies, and ensuring competitiveness while protecting profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT or consulting industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with Saudi government entities and familiarity with DGA frameworks, compliance, and standards.
• Proven experience in writing and delivering successful technical and consultancy proposals.
