We are seeking a Director - City Community Management to join our team in Riyadh, working full-time within Riyadh Province.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Director - City Community Management will be responsible for defining the community experience within a complex and high-profile urban environment. This role is central to establishing strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and ensuring that the community strategy aligns with the broader vision for destination development, operational excellence, and sustained engagement across Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the city-wide community management strategy, encompassing various districts, assets, and stakeholder groups.
• Oversee community management operations across mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets, and broader city functions.
• Manage relationships with key groups including residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, and internal development and operations teams.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this position.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role involves working within a dynamic urban development context.
