Role Overview

This role is responsible for the comprehensive security and asset protection strategy across Ultimate Peaks' national operations. It focuses on ensuring the integrity of all company assets, whether in transit, stored, or located at various sites. The position requires a strategic approach to security management, extending beyond traditional guarding functions to encompass a broad range of operational and asset-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing security operations across all company sites within the Kingdom, ensuring a unified system rather than fragmented posts.
• Managing asset protection, loss prevention, and loss investigation, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Establishing standards, managing upgrades, and integrating CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
• Managing facilities, utilities, and the estate that supports the company's network infrastructure.
• Ensuring fleet compliance, optimizing utilization, and managing associated costs.
