Menasa & Partners is conducting an executive search for a senior Horticulture and Operations professional. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working with a major organization in the region.

Role Overview

The Director Horticulture & Operations will be responsible for the management and maintenance of large-scale external environments. This position requires a strong technical and operational background, with extensive experience in horticulture, softscape, and irrigation operations. The successful candidate will also possess a solid understanding of long-term maintenance, operational performance, and asset lifecycle requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing major O&M contracts, contractors, and service providers.
• Overseeing mobilization and operational readiness initiatives.
• Managing procurement and tendering processes.
• Developing and monitoring budgets, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborating closely with senior clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree qualification is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is essential.
• Strong horticulture and irrigation experience is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is preferred.
