The Role: Director-Infrastructure Projects

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director-Infrastructure Projects to join its dynamic team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing multiple infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring their efficient execution, adherence to schedules and budgets, and compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality. The Director will utilize their extensive expertise to drive project success and foster collaboration among diverse teams, stakeholders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating all activities to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strict adherence to established timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges encountered, and implemented solutions to senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Experience
