The Role of Director, Landscape and Public Realm

Jasara is seeking a Director, Landscape and Public Realm to provide strategic leadership for landscape and urban realm initiatives within major infrastructure programs. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is positioned to influence the planning, coordination, and delivery of public spaces. The Director will partner with design, delivery, and public-sector stakeholders to help create high-quality, lasting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the landscape and public realm strategy across major infrastructure programs.
• Oversee design coordination with consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Ensure public realm projects meet established quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering parks, streetscapes, and urban realm improvements.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience delivering major parks, streetscapes, and urban realm improvement projects, including multi-package infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, sustainability principles, and regulatory compliance specific to landscape and public realm projects.
• Experience with public-sector delivery in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region, including local approvals and regulatory coordination.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and executive program sponsors.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale infrastructure development.
