About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a Director Logistics & Solutions for its client, a leading Saudi logistics and delivery group based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time executive role requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading the client's contract logistics business as a standalone engine.

Strategic Mandate

This position holds full P&L accountability for a distinct business line, encompassing warehousing, healthcare and regulated logistics, fulfilment, and dedicated client operations. The mandate is to build and grow this segment, establishing world-class operations and expanding major dedicated contracts to develop contract logistics into a scalable second engine alongside the group's existing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L of the contract logistics business, including revenue, margin, and growth.
• Lead growth initiatives, including winning and expanding dedicated contracts, solution design, bids, and managing the client pipeline.
• Oversee dedicated warehousing, healthcare / cold-chain, and fulfilment operations, ensuring high productivity and compliance standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for regulated (healthcare) logistics, dedicated-contract SLAs, and client relationships.
• Build and develop the necessary team, operating model, and systems to support business scale.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of experience in logistics and solutions, demonstrating a proven track record in leading and scaling business operations. The Director will be responsible for representing the business with government entities and major clients, reporting directly to the CEO.
