Role Overview

This full-time position involves comprehensive operational and financial responsibility for the entire banquet department at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, an architectural landmark in the capital. The role focuses on overseeing overall organization, ensuring the consistent implementation of company standards, and contributing to a setting recognized for authentic Saudi heritage and bespoke service. The hotel features extensive event facilities, totaling 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet), suitable for a wide range of events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall organization and daily operations of the banquet department.
• Ensure the consistent implementation and adherence to company service standards.
• Manage and optimize the performance and efficiency of the banquets department.
• Supervise and guide banquet staff to maintain high levels of service delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities to effectively manage all banquet operations.
• Uphold company standards to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and beverage service.
