Director of Business Development

Overview of the Role

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to expand its presence within the facilities management sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving growth and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, property owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead commercial proposals, tenders, contract negotiations, and new client acquisition processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen the company's market position.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure commercially viable proposals and successful client onboarding.
• Manage the business development pipeline and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience (5-10 years) in business development or commercial leadership within facilities management.
• A strong track record of securing new contracts and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience with B2B sales, tender management, commercial negotiations, and contract acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the facilities management market and its key stakeholders.
