The Role: Director of Business Operations

Humain is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead the development and scaling of the company's operating model and process backbone. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves establishing the standards, governance, and operational cadence necessary for controlled growth, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI into core processes. Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company-wide interaction model, RACI framework, and decision rights.
• Design and implement the governance structure and operating rhythm to ensure organizational alignment and accountability.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise process catalogue, including the process playbook, taxonomy, and standards.
• Redesign core operational processes to enable AI agents to perform tasks, driving significant improvements in speed and quality.
• Drive the adoption of new standards, processes, and AI-native working methodologies across all functions within the company.
• Function as a hands-on player-coach, collaborating directly with various functions to design and implement solutions, while also scaling an operations team over time.

Performance Milestones

Success in this role will be measured by achieving the following outcomes:

• Within the first 90 days, establish a refined operating model and clear decision rights, understood by leadership, with a reliably functioning operating cadence.
• By 6–12 months, ensure consistent adoption of operational standards, a self-sustaining operating rhythm, and demonstrate measurable gains from AI-native ways of working.
