The Role of Director of Business Services

Humain is seeking a Director of Business Services to lead and scale its service delivery model. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing the retained organization, BPO partnerships, and the standards that ensure quality and efficiency at scale, with an increasing focus on AI-native approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the end-to-end service model across the retained organization and BPO partners.
  • Manage BPO partner governance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the commercial and performance relationships.
  • Oversee the service catalogue, SLAs, and quality governance for all services.
  • Implement AI agents across service delivery processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous cost and quality improvement initiatives in partnership with the Process Excellence team.
  • Build and scale the service delivery team over time, operating as a player-coach.

Measures of Success

Success in this role will be evaluated based on specific milestones and outcomes:

  • Within the first 90 days, establish a clear and governed service model across retained teams and partners, with operational standards and SLAs.
  • By 6–12 months, achieve consistent SLA and quality performance, demonstrate measurable cost and quality improvement, and show increased capacity through AI-native delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience in service delivery, operations, or a related field. This full-time role requires a commitment to driving efficiency and quality within an evolving AI-centric environment.
