Director of Partnerships, GCC

Redholt is seeking a Director of Partnerships for the GCC region. This full-time, individual-contributor role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on developing strategic partnerships to drive subscriber and revenue growth for a leading SVOD platform. The position primarily covers Saudi Arabia, with additional responsibilities across markets such as Kuwait.

Role Overview

The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new commercial partnerships. This senior role requires a strategic approach to building relationships across various consumer sectors to create opportunities for subscription bundling, content distribution, and syndication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.
• Identify and approach prospective partners across sectors including telecoms, e-commerce, banking, payments, and retail.
• Engage senior and C-suite decision-makers to establish new commercial agreements.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial identification and engagement through commercial negotiation, onboarding, and launch.
• Create opportunities focused on subscription bundling, content distribution, and syndication.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or digital services.
• Experience within OTT/VOD, telecoms, or a related consumer digital business is preferred.
• Proven experience managing telco partnerships and working with digital services such as VOD, music, and other subscription-based services.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi and wider GCC ecosystem.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing revenue-generating partnerships.
• An established network of senior relationships across the region.
